Edit with
instinct
Not effort

HayaCut lets you cut in real time in Premiere

— play your timeline, hit the cut key the moment you feel it, continuity preserved from your own sync data. The same instinct as live multicam. One camera.

"Editing at the speed of thought"

The same result
A different universe of speed

Every editor knows this loop. Load a clip, mark in, mark out, insert, trim tail, trim head, match frame, load the next clip, mark in, mark out — repeat until the scene is cut. HayaCut doesn't change what you're cutting. It changes how it feels to cut it.

HayaCut Work Flow

HayaCut is a two-stage workflow

Step 1  Footage Preparation

Prep once
Cut forever

The prep stage is yours

— you decide what matches what.

Dialog scenes: auto-keyframes in seconds via SRT

Skip manual keyframing on dialog. Use Premiere's built-in Speech to Text to transcribe each take as an SRT file. Clean the SRT to one usable take per clip — HayaCut analyzes the text, matches identical phrases across takes, and places keyframes automatically. What would take an hour takes seconds.

Keyframe

Place keyframes at sync moments

On each clip in your bin, manually place keyframes at the moments that matter — a specific word, a gesture, the peak of an action. These are your sync anchors. You decide what's important.

Match

Align matching moments across takes

Map the same moment across takes and angles — the identical line from take 2 and take 4, the same punch from a wide and a close-up. Matched keyframes tell HayaCut what can cut to what.

Analyse

HayaCut builds the continuity map

HayaCut reads all your keyframe matches and builds a sync map across the project. Quality of the map reflects quality of your prep — good sync data means clean cuts every pass.

Pro Feature
Advanced Sync

Step 1

Use Premiere's Speech to Text

— transcribe each take to SRT

Step 3

HayaCut matches identical phrases across all takes

Step 2

Clean the SRT

— one usable take per clip only

Step 4

Keyframes placed automatically at every matched phrase

Step 2  Cut

The cut stage is real time. Your sync data is what the continuity engine works from, not an algorithm's guess.

Play

Press play. Your timeline runs.

HayaCut plays your timeline in real time. No source monitor. No mark in, mark out. You watch the scene play — exactly as an audience will — and cut when your instinct tells you to.

Cut

Hit the key. The cut lands.

One keystroke fires the cut at the exact frame you feel. HayaCut cross-references it against your sync map. Good prep means a clean cut. If the sync data needs work, readjust and run a fresh pass.

Version

Every idea, zero effort.

Each pass is saved as a version. Cut the scene a few different ways before you'd normally finish one. No setup cost per idea means no reason to hold an idea back — explore every instinct, switch between versions in seconds.

Refine Cut

One click. Cut corrected.

Five one-click actions — Insert, Replace, Cut, Add Cut Point, Move Cut Point. Each cross-referenced against your sync map. No trim-and-verify loop. Click once, cut lands clean.

What HayaCut does

Real-Time Cut

Cut Live. No Source Monitor

Play your timeline and cut on instinct — no loading clips, no marking in and out, no inserting and trimming. The multicam director's workflow for a single-camera edit.

Version Passes

Run It Again. Keep the Best.

Every live cut pass is saved as a version. Switch between versions instantly. Cut the scene three different ways in the time it used to take to cut it once — then pick the version that feels right.

Keyframe Sync

Your Data. Your Continuity.

You define the sync anchors — HayaCut works from your editorial judgment, not an algorithm. The continuity map is only as good as your prep, which keeps you in full creative control.

One-Click Refine

Five Actions. One Click Each.

Insert, replace, cut, add cut point, move cut point — each action uses your sync map so every refinement stays continuity-clean. No re-checking, no match frame, no trim-and-verify loop.

Auto Keyframe

SRT Dialog Sync in Seconds

Transcribe each take with Premiere's Speech to Text, clean the SRT, and HayaCut matches phrases across takes and places keyframes automatically. Prep a dialog scene in seconds, not hours

Your Decisions

No Automation. Ever.

HayaCut never makes a cut for you. No AI assembly, no auto-edit. Every cut fires when you fire it. The engine protects your instinct — it never replaces it.
